Peace and Quiet

Are you looking for some peace and quiet?  For many of us modern life affords little silence or time for reflection.  Please join us for contemplative prayer and silent meditation in our beautiful original chapel. Prayer, a short reading, and silent meditation are the components of this peaceful service that is led by a lay member of our community.  

Not familiar with meditation?

 Worried about being able to do it correctly? Please do not worry!  There is no wrong or right way to meditate.  The service includes about 20 minutes of silent meditation during which you can reflect on the reading that was shared, focus on your breathing, repeat a simple prayer or mantra in your mind, or notice your thoughts without judging them.
