Welcome - Please welcome The Rev'd Dr. Terry Hidichuk who is filling in for Grace this week. Thanks Terry, it's always a pleasure to have leading the way.
Sing A New Creation - Chris Grocholski our Organist and Choir Director, has identified the need for 20 more copies of the hymnal, "Sing Creation" . As with previous orders, a dedication of your choice will be placed inside the front cover of each book. This is a great way to remember aloved one, celebrate a birthday, baptism, confirmation or other happy event. Each copy is $30.95 so contact the office to place your order and request an inscription.

St. Michael's Food of the Month for July is soup. Don't forget there is still a need for clean yogurt containers and pill bottles. Remember tremove all labels with identifying information.
Fall Rentals - The fall rental schedule is now open and we are taking bookings from July 1 to Dec 31, 2025. If you have an event that you would like to book space for, please contact the office. Note this includes church sponsored events.
Your request must include the date, timing of the event, and specific areas being used (i.e. kitchen & hall). If you need extra set up or prep time please include that in your request. This helps avoid conflicts with the daycare and other renters.
School Volunteer Hours - If you are 14 or over, and need volunteer hours for your high school diploma, the church has lots of small, ongoing projects that would welcome your help. If you are interested please call Laura at 514-631-6301 or email the office at allsaintsbythelake@gmail.com
Coffee Hour Help-Until August 31 (inclusive) coffee hour will be on the lawn. Volunteers are needed to host Sunday Coffee Hours, this includes providing beverages and snacks, please sign up on the signup sheet located on the front door.

Summer Worship and Pastoral Care - Grace will be away on her annual vacation from July 13 to August 3rd. During this time, coverage for worship and pastoral care will be provided by Terry Hidichuk, Teresa Danieley, Jim Slack, Neil Mancor, and the Lay Readers. Thanks, all!!
Around Town
Youth: Save the date of September 26-27 for an overnight at the Cathedral!! Volunteers also welcomed.
The Big Choir Sing-Off is being held on Nov 1st St. Joachim Church, Pointe Claire. This Fundraiser is in support of the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation.
Church Project Updates
Tree Trimming- We are still on track to have the work done sometime next week, weather permitting.
Loft Window Replacement -We continue to wait for news that the new window is ready for installation.
Outside Window Painting - Things are ready to go as of next week and will take place over the summer.

Pot Holes & Other Driveway Repairs- The Corporation has reviewed the quotes and has approved a 2 part plan. Step one will be to do the daycare area in the near future. Part 2, the church lot, will take place once the new roof is finished in order to avoid damage from large garbage bins and heavy equipment.

May is a month where we change and is perhaps the time you may wish to join in each morning, or use our liturgy for your personal reflections. This May we have decided to begin reading the Psalms in sequence, from 1 - 150 (one psalm per day). Also this month (and in subsequent months until completed) we will begin to read Proverbs

Ways to Donate to Support the Work of All Saints by the Lake
If making your gift into the plate at any service (weekly, monthly, or occasional), enclose your cheque or cash in an envelope with your name and (ideally) number, directing its use as you desire (i.e. General, building, special project or mission, etc.). Guest envelopes in the sanctuary may be used for this purpose. Your unused giving envelopes from previous years may also be used (just change the date).
If making your gift from home, you have several options:
