Our Condolences- The parish has received news of the death of Betty Mitham, a former member of the Church of the Resurrection. May Betty rest in peace and rise in glory, and may those who mourn be comforted.

Youth Group–The Final Friday for April (the 24th) has been cancelled. We are planning a rousing finale to the year when the Bishop visits for a BBQ and conversation on May 22nd! Mark your calendars (and see attached graphic)!

Duty Roster -June July Aug & September - Laura Hill, our scheduler, will be working on the next duty roster shortly. Due to her extended August vacation, she will be preparing a 4-month roster. Please advise Laura by April 30th of any Sunday dates in June, July, August and September in which you will NOT be available to serve at church. Auberge Madeleine Donations "This is a sanctuary for women experiencing homelessness, providing a safe refuge with compassionate support services year round". During this Easter season, please help All Saints make a significant donation to their cause.
They need: Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Deodorant, Lip Balm, Hand Cream, Purell, Nail Clippers, Eye Brow Tweezers, Hair Accessories, Brushes & Combs.

Donating Items for the Sale - You can bring your donation items to the church from 9:30-3:30 (Tuesday-Friday) or on Sunday before the 10:00 service. Around Town
Bishop’s Spring Dinner! This special fund-raising dinner is a celebration of community, culture, and Christian fellowship, featuring a mouth-watering Haitian meal. Proceeds from the dinner will go to the Diocesan Youth Fund, supporting ministry initiatives inspired by what we hear from the Bishop’s visits with youth groups this spring. More information about these initiatives will be shared in 2027.

The Good Canadian - Monday April 20, 7:00 pm ET. St. James' Anglican Church, Kingston, is hosting an online discussion event centered on the CBC Documentary "The Good Canadian". This is a 1.5 hour on Monday April 20, 7:00 pm ET. focusing on how Indigenous people continue to be impacted today by the Doctrine of Discovery, the Indian Act & residential schools.

Chat and Craft Group: If you are 14 or older, please join us from 7-9 in the loft. This is an informal fellowship that will meet on the third Monday of the month. We'll be starting out with enjoying each other's company, but our long term goal is to see if we can develop crafting into something that could support one of our charities, be sold at our events, or simply enjoyed by the group. Bring your crafts & ideas and we'll see you there! Questions?

Christian Formation – Bible study, discussion, other forms of education – EVERY SUNDAY from 8:45-9:30 am. Between now and Easter, the sessions will alternate between Confirmation Class and a series led by the Rev’d Canon Jim Pratt about the theology behind our favourite hymns. Please note that ALL are welcome to attend the Confirmation Class – we’ll be trying out a new draft Catechism for the Anglican Church of Canada and I would love feedback from beyond the group of confirmation candidates.
Coffee with Rev'd Grace - Grace is available for coffee and conversation on Fridays at Non Solo Pane in Dorval, from 1-2:30.
